You can tell immediately from the first note that the harmonica was synthesized. We learned about the "ESP test" with those symbols when I took a basic psych class in college, around 2017. The instructor did the test for fun, to show us how it worked, and tried to "transmit" a number of symbols (I think 10 of them). The most anyone got was 4, me included. The reason I got this was by observing how long he took to look at each symbol, then guessing if it was a simple or complicated one. I then admitted that I had done this, leading some other students to say that they, too, had all used techniques. One student who sat close to the front said she watched his eyes while he looked at the symbol and tried to figure out the shape from his eye movements. It was an interesting activity and helped us all see the trickery that is involved in most of this stuff.
